Return Policy

If you should decide to return your Pro Trainer soccer ball machine within the first 7 days of receiving it you must contact us first. Before shipping please coordinate with us by phone at:

and you will be guided with the return procedure accordingly. In most cases we can diagnose the nature of the problem you are having and correct it over the phone alleviating the need for returning the machine. We know our product and how to utilize it for great training.

No returns will be accepted without RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). This RMA number must be clearly labeled on the outside of the packaging when shipped back to the specified address. All shipping charges incurred for return items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Return for Replacement of Defective Merchandise

If your Pro Trainer is determined to be defective due to manufactuing problems or broken parts you will need to contact us right away. These machines are very well built but in the unlikely event that one should not work properly we will work with the customer to make things right.

Defective machines will be exchanged for the same item when the defective product is returned within the first 15 days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be noted before authorization can be granted.
