This drill features a rolling or bouncing ball to a player who lays off a one time pass to an oncoming striker who shoot sfirst time on goal. Emphasis should be on good first touch paassing technique, and solid shooting technique. The striker shags their own ball and dribbles the ball back to the Pro Trainer to recycle the ball.
This video features a prototype recycling product we are working on that is an evolution of our Touch Goal product.
