In step control

Moderate rolling ball

In step control: Right instep control

 

Progression:

  1. Vary body movements after first touch: side step one side: shift other side:step across: right foot stop: left instep pass: roll over
  2. Shift ball to next square on 1 touch before pass: 1st time pass

Moderate air ball- same progression as above on these controls

Laces control

Thigh control

Chest control

Always mirror the setup for the other side. Work on right feet for 8 minutes and then shift the lines over and work on the left side. No moving the ball machine with this setup.
