Goal Keeper Drills

Fast Feet Drill #1
Set up: 4 discs 2 feet apart, Center (start position) 2 yds wide
Pro Trainer serves ball to GK in start position. GK catches ball and performs fast feet (two feet sideways between discs) to end disc while holding ball. At end disc GK releases ball to coach (under arm, over arm) and performs fast feet return to start position.
Progressions:
Service: ground balls, looped air balls, high balls, driven balls
GK Returns: under arm, over arm, laces volley, instep volley, half volley, side ways volley
