First Touch Soccer

Training youth players, watching amatuer games, going to pro games, watching the EPL and La Liga on TV, basically I live and breathe soccer. However one thing that strikes me in watching the game is the vast contrast in technical skills training that players are getting. Obviously around the world many players are getting great training and it shows on the field. On the other hand I see so many games where players have no first touch skills at all. They spend the whoile game chasing after the ball after it bounces off them. The game gets chaotic and harried. Then there will be a game where both teams know how to take the ball out of the air, know how to lay off a one touch pass, can execute a volley on goal and the game just takes on a flow that is so much fun to watch.

That is our goal. Bring more of that technical levle of skill to the pitch around the world so that the game flourishes.

Soccer/futbol/football is the world's sport. Every country has tons of youth players enjoying this great sport every day. Training them to have great technical skills on the soccer ball is our mission. If you don't have a great first touch on the ball you can't put it in the back of the net. Join us as we explore soccer and the training of good skills. Professional trainers weigh in on skills development, we comment on the sport, and we point you to fun things about "the beautiful game".
